Who We Are

Conley Perry - Chief Executive Officer:  Conley has had the good fortune to have two very successful careers.  As a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, he was recruited and employed by NASA in the mid-1960s.  He was hired as a Fluid Systems and Propulsion Design Engineer.  During his support to NASA programs including Apollo, the U.S. Space Station, and the Space Shuttle Programs, he moved up the management ladder within NASA until his retirement at which time he was the Chief of the Quality Engineering Division at the NASA Johnson Space Center.

Following his retirement from NASA, he began a second career in the oil and gas exploration industry.  He specializes in fluid technology for the offshore drilling and production industry.  Now in his 20th year in this second career, Conley is the Chief Executive Officer of the USA Offshore LLC corporation; the parent company of CENTEX Hydraulics LLC.

Colin Perry - President:  Colin graduated from the University of Texas in Austin.  After graduation, he managed the family ranching operation in Central Texas for several years.  During this time, Colin also became the manager of a water utility district where he managed the development and installation of a modernized water and sewer system for  local municipalities. These duties included the development of all technical requirements for the system, the management of the contractor selected to install the system, and the subsequent operation of the system.

Colin is now the President of USA Offshore LLC, the parent company of CENTEX Hydraulics LLC, where he manages and directs all day-to-day operations of the company.  His duties include the management of on-going contracts with several major oil and gas exploration and production companys.

Thom Keeton - Chief Engineer:  Thom's career includes over thirty years of experience in the offshore drilling industry.  At the time of his retirement, Thom was the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) on a Mobile Offshore Drilling Ship where he managed the entire drilling operation which included over 200 personnel on a drilling vessel capable of drilling to depths of 30,000 feet.

After his retirement from offshore operations, Thom was employed as the director of training and operations for an engineering consulting firm in the Houston Texas area.  His duties included the management of an offshore equipment overhaul and repair facility.  He left this position to become the Chief Engineer for the USA Offshore LLC corporation.  In this capacity, he oversees the technical aspects of all company operations.
